To put it simply, Linguanesian is an Indonesian agency providing localization, translation, editing, proofreading, MT post-editing and transcription services internationally to businesses, institutions, translation agencies and individuals worldwide.
If your document(s) required for translation are ready on-hand, please upload them using the form on Get A Quote page or simply email us at info@linguanesian.com and attach your document(s) to the email. We will treat your document(s) in the strictest confidence, using them solely for the purpose of generating our quotation to you.
Upon email receipt of your documents (original editable source formats preferred) before 12 PM GMT+7, you can expect to receive our quotation on the same day. If your documents are received after 12 PM GMT+7, our quotation will be sent before 12 PM GMT+7 the next working day. (Note: slight extensions are expected if the document size, or the number of documents, is large).
For file delivery/transfer, if you think the security of our own server-hosted email is not fully guaranteed, then we can provide you with file transfer over our ftp. We will create one unique account that you can use to download and upload the document/file. We can also provide you with some free document/file transfer platforms such as Dropbox, Gmail, Yahoo!, etc.
Also, we make every effort to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. Information relating to the translation itself, the nature of the translation and any other information the client transmits to Linguanesian will be treated with complete confidentiality.

We mainly draw upon highly qualified experts and professionals residing in their country of origin who have satisfactorily completed a college degree in translation and/or who have been vetted through our rigorous qualification standards for reliability and production. Their mother tongue must be the target language, and they must demonstrate their ability to translate within their chosen field of expertise qualified by numerous large prior engagements or through having successfully completed a related degree of study in that field.

No, they are not. CAT tool or Computer-Assisted Translation is a form of language translation software program in which a human translator uses computer hardware to support and facilitate the translation process. It is designed to make the translation process quicker and more efficient. With it, you can store and edit translations, translate projects section by section (while preserving the formatting), and ultimately add an extra layer of quality control (consistency, spelling, equivalence, etc.). In addition, CAT tool also makes terminology management a lot simpler: you can create, access, and use terms and translation memories as you work on your projects, which should not be confused with machine translation engine. Although the terms might sound similar, CAT tool helps translators streamline their translation processes, but do not do any of the translations for them. Machine translation, on the other hand, uses artificial intelligence to directly translate texts.
We employ some CAT tools, such as SDL Trados and Wordfast, ready to produce high quality translation to your standard. Just let us know the type of document/file you want to translate and we would pick one that best suits your document/file nature.
We currently accept payment through Payoneer, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Credit Card and we accept IDR, USD, EUR, SGD and AUD currencies.
After order confirmation, we will send an electronic invoice via email with payment details and instructions. Generally, we ask client to provide a 50% advance payment. The remaining payment shall be made after project completion, delivery and confirmation by client that no more revisions to be made.
